OUR STORY
Arise Community Church was founded in July 1998 by Pastors Gary and Tara Harris with a vision to create a place where Everyone is Welcome—no matter their past or present circumstances. From the very beginning, Arise has been a “come as you are” community, where the hurting, depressed, frustrated, and confused can find Love, Acceptance, Help, Hope, Forgiveness, Guidance, and Encouragement.
We believe in meeting people where they are and walking with them toward healing, purpose, and a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Why Church?
There are many reasons why being part of a church family matters. God designed the church to be a place where we find encouragement and offer it in return—a space to grow, be equipped to live out our faith, and discover how to share our gifts and lives with others.
